Itinerary printouts with the name of the Guest will be checked at the time of entering the terminal and at the check-in counter. Guests who do not have the same are requested to collect the printouts from the SpiceJet office located outside the departure terminal. This can be done on production of the booking reference number. However, on certain sectors, SpiceJet offers connectivity between two SpiceJet flights (Connected sectors). Booking made for connected sectors will be confirmed under a single reservation number, fees & surcharges will be applicable only with respect to one segment.

SpiceJet does allow some food items on board. Those include: fast food (McDonalds, Subway), sandwiches, cold snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, cookies, and biscuits.
