Is this hotel stay really free of cost?
Yes, the hotel stay is free of cost. However a nominal Processing charge of Rs.250/- per night is to be paid through a demand draft, payable at New Delhi in the name of Countrywide Holidays Pvt. Ltd.
How many people are eligible for hotel stay against one coupon?
This voucher entitles the holder to complimentary accommodation (stay only) for a couple and two children up to eight years of age, at anyone of the hotels or resorts listed in the voucher.
Does this voucher cover expenses against food, laundry, Extra bed etc?
No, this voucher covers the stay only. The hotel has a right to charge for additional facilities like food, extra bed, telephone calls, heaters, laundry and other leisure facilities.
Can I choose any hotel in any city of my choice against this voucher?
You can choose any hotel from the list of hotels mentioned in the voucher. The destination must be within the reach of SpiceJet network.
Can I cancel / postpone / prepone my booking once confirmed?
Once the letter of confirmation has been issued against a particular request, no changes thereafter will be entertained.
Can I club more than one hotel voucher in one transaction?
No, two or more vouchers can not be clubbed together to avail the offer. Only one voucher can be used per booking/family/group traveling together.
Can I gift or encash my hotel voucher to somebody else?
The vacation offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-redeemable against cash and can be used only once against original Free Voucher / Scratch Card.
Is it possible to use this voucher on different dates for me & my family?
No, this voucher shall be used on the same dates for all the family members.
Who is the sole authority related to redemption of this voucher concerned?
All matters relating to redemption of Free Holiday Vouchers and/ or any related matter shall be dealt solely by Countrywide Holidays Pvt. Ltd. At no point of time and under no circumstances will SpiceJet Limited be held responsible for the same.
Are there any blackout dates for the hotel redemption of this voucher?
This offer excludes the period of Dussehra/ Diwali Holidays and period between 24th December’2009 & 2nd January’2010.
